Policies for circulation

An item is checked out according to the rules applied to the service category chosen when registering the item.

These service categories define whether or not an item is cleared for circulation according to standard rules, or whether it is checked out with a fixed date of expiration.

Rules for various types of loans are set here:

Here you may edit the settings for your standard loans, and you can create new rules for specific types of items and/or user groups.
